Gardening workshops and fundraising events sponsored by MGFTC and WSU Thurston County Extension Programs.
MGFTC Events
Membership Meetings – The Foundation hosts several membership meetings with guest speakers throughout the year. Currently, some programs are on Zoom and others are in-person. There is no cost for members to participate.
Plant Sale – Each spring and summer, our Plant Sale Nursery offers several opportunities to shop their abundance of sun-loving perennials, native and shade plants.
Handicraft Sales – The Handicraft Committee makes and sells garden related items to raise funds for the foundation to help support the Master Gardener and Master Recycler Composter programs.
Fall Fundraiser – Join us in September for a lively and informative presentation from Marianne Binetti — always a treat and such a supporter of gardeners everywhere — as well as the chance to win great prizes!
